Since 2017, Mack Prioleau has served as an associate with Hillwood Investment Properties, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm with a focus on industrial investment and development opportunities throughout the United States and Europe. In this position, Mack Prioleau functions as a liaison to both the chief executive officer and chief financial officer, with specific responsibilities ranging from negotiations with project lenders and other partners to drafting due diligence reports and other important documentation.

Mr. Prioleau has authored investment memoranda for transactions valued at up to $1 billion. He has also worked as an analyst on the Hillwood UK team, which involved the development of numerous quantitative and qualitative financial models.

Mack Prioleau studied economics in college in Tennessee, graduating with a bachelor of arts in 2017. He has enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He will balance his studies with his work at Hillwood and his role on the board of the Reel Recovery Texas chapter. Reel Recovery hosts free fly-fishing retreats for men living with cancer.
